FAQ
- Can I try Pro before paying?
- Yes. Free workspaces can start a one-time 7-day Pro trial from Settings → Billing.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Entitlements adjust immediately: excess alert rules and disallowed channels are disabled, and API keys turn off when the plan lacks API access.
- Do you offer larger plans?
- Free and Pro are the self-serve plans. If you need more seats, higher API limits, or a custom arrangement, contact sales and we'll size it with you.
- Where do I change my plan after signing up?
- Workspace owners manage plans under Settings → Billing (mock subscribe in dev, Stripe Checkout when configured).
Self-serve prices are confirmed at checkout when Stripe is enabled. Enterprise is provisioned after sales. Already have a workspace? Open billing.
